All the bread dough at Little Mermaid Hong Kong is directly imported from Japan, ensuring authentic Japanese baking. We strive to make fresh, high-quality, stable, and delicious bread based on the reliable and safe Japanese high standard.

Crafted by Japanese tofu master Mr. Sasaki Takao, who honed his traditional skills in Fukuoka, this product uses carefully selected high-quality Canadian soybeans and is handmade daily to create the smoothest, richest soy products. Experience authentic Japanese dessert flavours with three varieties of Hakataya Soymilk Mochi Egg Tart, crafted with artisanal expertise!​
