• Flavour: Tonkotsu base
• Features: A hot pot soup that replicates the famous ramen restaurant Ippudo's ‘Akamaru Shinaji’ under the supervision of Ippudo. Mildly spicy with the mild taste of tonkotsu (pork bone) extract, lard, and pork collagen, plus the richness of Kyushu soy sauce and hot soybean sauce.
• Recommended ingredients: Pork belly slices, spring onion, Chinese cabbage, bean sprouts, wood ear mushrooms.
• Recommended finishing dish: Ramen noodles.
• How to use: Shake the product well and put it in a pot. Bring to a boil and then add the meat. When it boils again, add the remaining ingredients, and when cooked, it is ready to serve.
