Carefully selected large Taiga azuki beans from Hokkaido are gently simmered to create this sweet boiled red bean paste. The beans are cooked to retain their shape and texture, allowing the natural flavour and pleasant bite of the azuki beans to be fully appreciated.

It can be used directly in a variety of desserts, such as sweet red bean soup, shaved ice, pancakes, or traditional sweets, adding a rich bean flavour and soft texture.
