A medium-spicy curry roux made with generous amounts of garlic and apples from Aomori Prefecture.
Crafted using Japanese-grown wheat and vegetables, including Aomori-grown garlic and apples.
How to use
Ingredients (Serves 5):
This product 1pc, Meat 200g, Onion 400g, Carrot 100g, Cooking oil as needed, Water 700ml
Cooking Instructions:
1) Heat oil in a pot and sauté the meat (cut into bite-sized pieces) until lightly browned.
2) In a separate frying pan, heat oil and sauté the vegetables (also cut into bite-sized pieces) thoroughly.
3) Transfer the sautéed vegetables to the pot with the meat, add water, and simmer well.
4) Once the ingredients become tender, turn off the heat, add 1 packet of this product, and stir until completely dissolved. Simmer again until the curry thickens.
Keep refrigerated after opening
