Product Features

How to Use

Ingredients (Serves 4): This product 1 pc (2 servings × 2 sachets), Meat 150g, Onion 250g, Potato 115g, Carrot 100g, Salad oil 1 tablespoon, Water 600ml

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Heat salad oil in a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat and sauté the ingredients (cut into bite-sized pieces).
  2. Skim off any scum and simmer over low to medium heat until the ingredients are tender (about 15 minutes after boiling).
  3. Turn off the heat and gradually sprinkle in the curry roux, stirring until fully dissolved.
  4. Simmer again over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the curry thickens. Ready to serve.
