This pancake mix is made with sweet potatoes grown in Kyushu, offering the natural sweetness and gentle flavour of the ingredient. The pancakes have a soft, fluffy texture with a subtle richness from the sweet potato.

The slight grainy texture after baking comes from the inclusion of seven different grains, adding both flavour and character.

Preparation
Using 1 pack of this mix with 200 mL milk and 1 egg yields about 7 pancakes (approximately 12 cm in diameter).
