This ramen uses Nishiyama’s aged dried noodles, made by drying fresh noodles after maturation to faithfully recreate the texture of fresh ramen.

Produced with 100% Hokkaido-grown wheat, the noodles have a firm yet smooth bite that pairs well with a classic soy sauce–based soup.

The soy sauce flavour is well balanced and clean, allowing the wheat aroma of the noodles to stand out while delivering a satisfying, everyday bowl of ramen.

 

Cooking Instructions

1. Bring 550–600 mL of water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook for about 6½–7 minutes. After 4 minutes, gently loosen the noodles.

2. Once the noodles are fully cooked, turn off the heat.

3. Add the soup and mix thoroughly.

4. Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with sliced pork, bamboo shoots, and spring onions if desired.
