18 months in 60% new French oak. Layered cedar, spice and plush secondary notes without losing terroir clarity.Dense purple in the glass. Aromas of blackcurrant and black raspberry move into tobacco, cedar and an earthy forest-floor seam. On the palate it’s full-bodied with firm, grainy tannins and a thread of fresh acidity that keeps the mid-palate lively. The oak is present but integrated, giving spice and sweet-wood frames; the finish is long and precise.
