How to use
Ingredients (Serves 4):
This product 1 pc (2 servings × 2 sachets), Meat 200g, Onion 150g, Potato 115g, Carrot 100g, Salad oil 1 tablespoon, Water 650ml
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat salad oil in a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat and sauté the ingredients (cut into bite-sized pieces).
- Skim off any scum and simmer over low to medium heat until the ingredients are tender (about 15 minutes after boiling).
- Turn off the heat and gradually sprinkle in the curry roux, stirring until fully dissolved.
- Simmer again over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the curry thickens. Ready to serve.
Keep refrigerated after opening
