Carefully selected whole chestnuts are slowly simmered in Japan to preserve their shape and natural flavour. With no added colouring or bleaching, the chestnuts retain their original colour and gentle sweetness.

They are suitable for traditional desserts such as chestnut sweet paste, as well as for baking and confectionery, adding a rich chestnut flavour and a soft, tender texture.
