The "Mrs. So" brand has an interesting backstory. According to the manufacturer, Mrs. So was a successful businesswoman known for hosting dinner parties. Her chef created a special XO sauce for her guests, which became a popular after-dinner gift over 15 years ago. After much encouragement, she decided to share the sauce with the public, and the brand was officially launched in August 2009. The company's production facility is located in Tuen Mun, Hong Kong, and holds FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, and HACCP certifications.
