A pizza mix made with wheat flour from Hokkaido that allows you to prepare authentic yeast-fermented pizza at home. Simply add your favourite toppings to create your own original pizza.

Instructions

Makes 2 pizzas (about 20 cm each)
Preparation time: about 45 minutes (excluding fermentation time)

Ingredients

Dough
Mix 200g
Instant dry yeast 1g
Water 120mL
Flour To dust

Toppings
Pizza sauce
Pizza cheese
Preferred toppings

Tools
Mixing bowl, spatula, plastic wrap, baking paper, oven

Instructions

1. Place the mix, dry yeast and water in a bowl and mix with a spatula. When the dough begins to come together, knead on a clean work surface for about 10 minutes.
2. Shape the dough into a ball, place it in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 10 minutes. Divide into two portions and shape into balls.
3. Cover again and let ferment at room temperature (in a warm place) for 2–3 hours, until the dough doubles in size.
4. Dust the work surface with flour and remove the dough. Stretch from the centre outward to form a 20 cm round, then place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
5. Spread pizza sauce, cheese and toppings, leaving about 1 cm around the edge.
6. Bake in a 250°C preheated oven for about 8 minutes until the toppings are cooked and the crust is lightly browned.

Baking temperature and time may vary depending on the oven.

Store in cool dry place
