This ponzu is made with yuzu juice, soy sauce, and a blend of bonito and kelp dashi. The bright aroma, acidity, and slight bitterness of yuzu are balanced with savoury umami for a well-rounded taste. Suitable as a dipping sauce for hot pot, or as a seasoning for grilled dishes, salads, and tofu.
