ABV: 46%
Region: Islay

Cask Type: Specially charred bourbon casks
The Anthology series is a limited collection celebrating Islay and its local legends. This final release is inspired by the Beithir—a fearsome creature said to hide three prized casks in its belly.
Aged for 15 years in specially charred bourbon casks for maximum depth, this bold dram opens with citrus, treacle, and spice wrapped in smoked herbs. A splash of water unlocks eucalyptus, menthol, fennel, and pine, leading to a long, lingering finish of vanilla and smoked butter.
