Matured for 6 months under the sea of Bassin d'Arcachon, Atlantic Ocean. An ideal natural preservation area with constant temperate, low light and almost no oxygen have a good impact to the wine. Apart from not being oxidized, there is also minimal human intervention to the wine. Straw yellow colour, it has distinctive aroma of tropical fruits. Round mouth feeling with lemon, citrus and mineral flavours.
