Pure-bred black wagyu heifers are carefully fattened for close to 40 months to achieve a well-distributed and extremely refined marbling and a melt-in-the-mouth texture. Ito Farm has been awarded for three consecutive years in the Grand Champion Cattle Prize in the prestigious annual Matsusaka Beef Carcass Contest, demonstrating the farm’s expertise and craftsmanship in raising exceptional cattle.
