Established in 1699, Ninben is operated by the Takatsu family for over 4 centuries and 12 generations as a trustworthy manufacturer of Katsuobushi (dried bonito). The bonito sauce from Ninben is well known throughout Japan, symbolises authentic taste and durable credibilty. Plain noodles (soumen) is a perfect match with Ninben diluted noodle soup (tsuyu).
