• This ponzu is made with generous amounts of grated Japanese radish, whole-pressed yuzu from Shikoku, and coarsely cut kombu from Hokkaido. It delivers a refreshing citrus acidity with layered umami and a satisfying texture from the ingredients. Suitable as a dipping sauce for hot pot, or as a topping for grilled dishes, tofu, and salads.
