Crafted by a Dream Team of Two Masters of Wine & Two World-Class Winemakers, including Australia's first Master of Wine Michael Hill Smith MW,The winery's second Master of Wine David LeMire MW, The flying winemakers pioneer  Martin Shaw, and 2022 Winemaker of the Year by The Wine Magazine Adam Wadewitz.

From estate vineyards at Balhannah and Lenswood, grown on loams over clay with ironstone and quartzite. These vineyards are certified organic. Carefully pressed grapes were fermented at cool temperatures, and protected from oxygen throughout. Some time in tank on yeast lees followed.
