The brand launched the concept of varietal grape juice from the Bordeaux vineyard in 2005, made as a “Grand Cru” from the Bordeaux region. Without any additives or added sugar, this juice is made by 100% organic Sémillon grape juice and CO2. It has delicate bubbles, rich in aroma such as quince, apple, white peach. With its freshness and the persistence of its aromas, it is an ideal festive solution as an aperitif, for buffets, especially as an accompaniment to foie gras preparations, seafood, and fruity desserts.
