This stir-fried ramen features Ichiran’s signature tonkotsu flavour, with a rich and creamy pork bone base full of umami. The specially crafted thin noodles offer a firm and smooth texture, while the original red chili sauce allows you to adjust the level of heat and enhance the flavour. Suitable as a main dish with optional meat and vegetables.
Cooking Instructions
1. Heat a pan with the included oil (A), stir-fry your choice of ingredients, then add 300 mL of water and bring to a boil.
※ If not adding ingredients, add the oil (A) to 300 mL of boiling water.
2. Add the noodles (break in half if needed) and cook for about 2 minutes.
3. Add the powdered soup (B) and cook until the desired thickness is reached.
4. Transfer to a plate and add the original red chili sauce (C) to taste.
※ Adjust the amount of chili sauce according to preferred spice level.
Store in cool dry place
