This E Tubetti Lisci, named after small tubes, is part of the very short, smooth pasta family from southern Italy. Made with high-quality durum wheat semolina and natural mountain spring water. Recommended for preparing soups with beans or lentils, or vegetable broths. It is also excellent for preparing very delicate pasta dishes with light tomato and basil sauces.
