  How to Use
  1. Lightly mix tempura batter mix with cold water.
  2. The oil is at the right temperature when a drop of batter sinks halfway and quickly rises to the surface.
  3. Ingredients with high water content may cause splattering. Wipe them dry, dust lightly with dry batter mix, coat with batter, and fry.
  Tempura is ready when the coating turns crispy and the bubbles in the oil become small.
