Ryukyu Bijin Okinawa Soba Noodle brings the authentic taste of Okinawan soba in a convenient dried noodle form, crafted through a traditional hand-stretching method. Unlike fresh noodles, the firmness can be adjusted to your preference simply by varying the boiling time. Each pack includes a powdered soup base made with Okinawan-style dashi, allowing you to enjoy the rich yet gentle flavour of the islands at home.

 

How to Prepare:

1. Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling water for about 6 minutes, adjusting the time to your preferred texture.

2. While the noodles are cooking, pour the powdered soup into a bowl and add about 250 mL (1½ cups) of hot water. Stir well.

3. Drain the cooked noodles and place them into the bowl with the soup. Add your favourite toppings such as sliced pork, fish cake, or green onions, and enjoy.
